Refund policy

At Ohomii, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:
* Item must be unused and in original packaging.
* Return is applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
* An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/defective claims.

* Electronic Item : Video of Product in which it must be shown that product is not working after trying as per the instructions provided on packaging or Customer Care.

Non-Returnable Items:
* Used products
* Personal care items
* Items purchased on sale or special discounts
* Orders returned without unboxing proof (for damage claims)

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after approval.
